New investor from Brussels, Belgium

Hello,

I'm Viktor, I live in Brussels, Belgium, 26 years old and I'm looking at purchasing my first real estate as an investor. I just moved in my new house (that I own) and I already miss the excitement/stress of dealing with contractors (just kidding). I'm in the banking business where I work as a freelancer (IT). My goal is to stop being a freelancer and quit this "improved" 9-5 job. In order to reach this goal, I'd like to get started in the RE business. The flipping strategy seems to be suiting my profile. My company already has some money ready to be invested and I'm ready to pull the trigger.

Thanks to BP for providing such a great place to learn about real estate. The podcast is great.

See you,

Viktor
