Hello, I'm 17 years old and live between NYC and South Carolina. I would like to get started in real estate as soon as I turn 18. I would like to get some experience with real estate as being a real estate agent. I would also like to do a lot of investing. I have always been business minded and ambitious. I have about $10,000 to get myself started. Where would be a better place for starting in REI NYC or South Carolina? I would also like to know how could I find a mentor in either of these areas..
