Hey everyone! Been looking at several posts on here and I like all of the helpful info/tips, so I decided to come aboard!!
I'm nearly 21, and I want to get involved in the learning stages of commercial RE development, multi/family housing complexes, and self storage. I'm currently a student getting my AA degree, but no real plans to use it. Go figure!! Call it personal growth.

Anyway, I hope you'll help me out in which direction to go and how to get started. I need to setup something to hold some investment properties in...LLC or S corp?? Also, how do you guys find property managers for non-urban investments? Companies or part time help? Does any1 on this forum invest in farmland/water rights, river bottom, or wind farm leases?
Jonathan
