Hello BP community, AL here looking to learn and start investing. I am a full time health care professional with a long time love for real estate. I'm doing a lot of reading and listening to audio podcast and books but still not clear where or how to start. I want to do wholesaling to build cash flow,

So my first question is:

(1) can you wholesale houses that are listed bankruptcy or foreclosure?

(2) would you recommend that route for new investor.
