Hi, my name is Zach Liu and I am a new member closing to make my first real estate investment.  

I have been focusing my research on North and Northwest Atlanta Metro Area, especially Buford, Dacula, Alpharetta, Dunwoody, and Sandy Springs.

I am sticking to buy and hold single family properties to start with price below 200k.

I am a part time investor with a full time programming job.
