Greetings everyone!

My interests is multi-family ( Duplex or Triplex). I have an ridiculous amount of questions and found BP. I haven't the first clue as to where to start. So I'll fire off some questions in hopes of some direction. You guys are all awesome and look forward to future dialogue!

1) Best beginners book? I have read some from R. Kiyosaki and his team.

2) Loans and financial lingo is completely over my head, anyway to expedite my knowledge in that as well?

3) I currently own with a V/A loan and the value has jumped to 60K. Want to move and thought of selling and using revenue to make our first multi family purchase. Would it be wiser to purchase a new home first and re-use V/A. Not sure what the smartest approach would be to any of this. But willing to be patient, listen, and learn.

Thanks again!
