Hello, My name is Alex and I am new to both this site and Investing. I hope to learn as much as I can before I make my first move. I have a construction company and have worked with a few investors in my area. I have always been on the construction side of things and now feel that I am ready to make a move on the investor side. I would like to flip some homes and own a few rentals. Either way this ends up working out I hope to get some good information from BP. And if anyone needs some construction advise, let me know.
