Hey everyone my name is Jody Levins and I am new to bigger pockets.  I want to invest in the Pensacola area and north to Flomaton AL. I am just getting started in real estate and I am ready to learn. My goal in real estate is to get enough rental income that I can quit my job and be a full time investor. I realize how much I don't know about real estate and love learning new things .  That's what I love about this sight.
