Hey everyone, this is Kent from Tx. I am currently a financial planner and just getting into real estate investing. Right now I am in the learning phase and business plan. The goal is to by spring of next year to get into real estate investing. I am more focused on rental properties. I came across this forum a few months back and now signing up. Looking forward to asking questions and getting advice from everyone.
