I have a RE license not with a broker I kind of what to venture off on my own and go FULL THROTTLE!  This can be called THE BEST DAY IN MY RE LIFE.... is when you realize you have not waisted time but it's time to move forward. ..sometimes we out grow what we were involved in....and well LIFE GOES ON.....
