Hello to everyone,

My name is Jessica. I am from Baltimore MD. I have no experience in Real Estate..... but I soon will. I have been reading everything I can about REI. I found this website and have to say it seems like a wonderful resource.
About me:
I am an RN and work 12 long days (sometimes nights) in the ER.
My husband and I have been considering buying and flipping residential properties for some time now. We are ready, just need to find the right deal.
I have also been researching pre-foreclosures and may be interested in going that route.
Any information, resources or just good advice is definetely welcome.
