Hello all!! I am a licensed realtor. I've always been more interested in the investment aspect than being a realtor. There is a lot of great information out there. So much so it can be a bit overwhelming. My question is, what is the best way to start an approach to wholesaling or fix and flip that has made you successful. I look forward to networking with all of you in the future.
