Hi everyone,

I just signed up and I wonder how on Earth I haven't found the website earlier :)

My name is Rayna (Chicago) and I am on my way to do my first fix and flip property. Fingers crossed.

In a nutshell I spent about $40K in education... I know, I know... Don't remind me lol. Money that I didn't have. I put everything on credit cards (Rich Dad Education by Robert Kiyosaki is expensive). At least I learnt a lot but just theory... Its been 9 months and no deal. Well, now hopefully we'll close on our first one. Many more to come :)

I'm trying to be excited however I'm so sick and tired of Chicago that if I could just pack my family and go, that would be wonderful. I'm full time mom and we would love to move to San Francisco. We don't know anybody there so not only I haven't done my first deal here (yet), but we should start from scratch in CA. Any tricks and tips? :) I know CA is a risky place for newbies. Anybody here who is experienced and would love to have a partner on some deals? Or offering lease option/ seller financing once we decide to move there? My mind is just running around right now. Excuse me if I'm asking too many question :)

Great group btw. I'm so glad I found it.

Good luck to everyone. And never forget - the best is yet to come :)))
