Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello to the BP community! 

I'm a real estate investor and recent co-founder of a 'private' real estate platform called HomeCanvasr.com. We leverage real-time buyer data to gain access to properties before the 'open market'. Essentially, by focusing on home buyers first; we obtain access to properties 'off the beaten path' - be it a pre-market Corcoran listing, off-market property or a FSBO that wants to sell privately.

For investors our platform allows 1. an opportunity to see properties before the general public and 2. test the market privately (with your own properties) without 'listing' their property to the open market. At the moment, we charge a subscription fee of $200 upfront + $50/month thereafter to have full access to addresses & contact information to currently over 75 properties (many of which aren't seen anywhere else).
