Greetings BPers, 

I've been reading the forums/blogs for some time now, but finally decided to introduce myself! I am primarily a buy and hold investor in Chicago, and am very active in several northwest side neighborhoods in the city including Humboldt Park, Logan Square, and Hermosa. I manage several properties and also partner on some new construction projects in these areas.

Looking forward to connecting with the BP community and with other investors in the Chicago area!
