Hi, My name is Cass and I'm a new member from Richmond Va. I'm currently into wholesaling as a means to get back into rehabbing. I rehabbed my first single family home in 2010 but when the deal went south I stepped back to study & reevaluate where I went wrong. I'm now aggressively looking to advance my real estate investing career. Thanks Cass Smith

Thank you all! This is awesome! Glad I came across BiggerPockets. @Mehran K. I had several factors I learned from. I spent too much on the property, too much on the renovation, blew my timeline out of the water by months, & more importantly I partnered with someone and we didn't see eye to eye on a lot of things once the initial happiness of being investors worn off.
