Hello BP family.

My name is Grace Warner and I'm brand new to REI. I recently attended a Real Estate Workshop, which I found real exciting. I've been a teacher for over 30 years and planning to retire shortly.

I'm here to learn as much as I can about the real estate investment business and to build long lasting professional relationships through networking.  Wholesaling sounds like a good place to begin but ultimately I'd like to own rental properties particularly  small multifamily units.
