Marysville, CA Investor - "Hottest Market On The West Coast". I've got DEALS and Steals! I mainly do "No Money Down Deals" and "Sandwich Lease Options". I provide many Investor tools free-of-charge via the Internet. I have current properties For Sale - I usually make $8K to $12K per Deal... I'm not greedy cuz their are so many Deals here!
