Hello All, 

My name is Brandon Cohen, a real estate salesperson in NYC (Manhattan/Brooklyn).  I love helping my clients, and am looking to get started on my own, most likely in other markets simply because the cost is less.  

A client of mine here introduced me to a turnkey company in the Midwest and says he's had success with it.  Basically you buy the property, they manage 100% and you have positive cash flow each month, supposedly.  Anyone have experience with this before?

Looking forward to learning and meeting some new people.
