Accepted offer on first multi unit

Received confirmation today after back and forth on an accepted offer for my first multi - unit rental.  3 1 bedroom apartment unit fully rented currently.

Last year around this time I purchased my first sfr rental and in Nov of last year I purchased my second sfr.   I had one bad renter between the two over the past year.  So, I am looking forward to trying my hand at a multi unit with better cash flow than a single family.  My sfr are cash flowing about $150 a month after expenses.  This one should cash flow about $200.00 per door after expenses.

Thanks to all the knowledge I have gained from this site and from a local realtor that has over 100 rentals that is helping me with his knowledge also.  Best of luck to all investors and here is to a great retirement for us all.
