Hi all, my name is Michael Schlabach I am 24 year old and have a beautiful wife and an ornery 1 1/2 year old son . I'm changing my carrier path and moving into full time real-estate investing. I am a third generation home builder/ remodeler with a class A license so the logical place for me to start is in the flip business . I have completed two flips this year and have been very happy with the out come. So I don't plan on stopping any time soon
