Hi Everyone

I'm from NJ and I own/manage a 2-family residential in Linden, NJ.  I live "down the shore" in Point Pleasant with my wonderful family - wife and daughter.  My wife and I have been landlords since 2009 when we first bought the 2-family in Linden.

I'm here because I enjoy this website, especially the Blog and Podcasts.  Tons of really great information and I love learning.  I'm trying to become a better RE Investor and I enjoy the buy-hold-rent.

My pleasure @Michael Germinario !  And thanks for the kind words about the podcast I was on.  NJ can be a bit of a challenge however I'm a big fan of it.  The barriers to entry are a good thing in my opinion as it keeps the market from getting too congested.   And the opportunities are for those who know how to capitalize on them.   Again welcome to BP!
