New Member from Spring, TX

Hi Everyone!  My name is Keith Mildren and I live in Spring, TX (just outside of Houston).  I'm just getting started in real estate investing.  I'm reading and studying all I can while also starting to look for my first deal.  I think the best place for me to start is wholesaling.  Eventually, I want to get to the buy-and-hold properties, etc slowly building a passive income.  I welcome all advise/pointers anyone can give.
