Hello everyone, I am new to BP. I stumbled across the site while researching investing in real estate. I'm 24 and recently exited the US Army after a few tours over seas to go back to school. My wife is still serving in the military and we are currently at Ft Stewart, Ga. My wife and I are COMPLETELY new to real estate. My wife's credit is very good and my credit is fair. We also have a little money saved. ANY steps or tips given will be much appreciated!
