Hello BP world!

I am a new member from the NE side of Atlanta. Been listening to podcasts for about two weeks and wanted to get active on the forums. Focusing my direction towards rehabbing SFR in order to turn that income towards passive cash flow from commercial rental property. If anyone sees this from my area please let me know.
