New Investor in Atlanta
Hello All,
I am actively looking for homes to rehab and sell (flip) in Atlanta. I will also buy residential lots.
I am a interested in networking with wholesalers, bird-doggers, investors and realtors.
I am most interested in Fulton, Dekalb, Cobb, Douglas, Gwinnett. However, I am willing to consider other areas based on the strength of the opportunity.
I am a cash buyer.
I am an experienced licensed general contractor, so I am not afraid of property in really poor condition (including fire damage), or properties that require major additions or modifications, second stories, etc. I typically don't need much notice to look at a deal and I can decide pretty quickly whether a deal is for me.
Let's connect and see if we can do some business.
