Hello All,

I am an investor from Philadelphia, PA.  While I have had  successes investing in  the Philadelphia real estate market, I have had some failures as well.  With each success and failure I have walked away with valuable lessons.  I am here not only to share what I have learned, but to learn from all of you as well.  

I am also looking for new ideas and inspirations to take my investing in other directions (i.e., commercial, crowdfunding, etc.).  Which I am happy to say has started to take root before I ever asked my first question, thanks to the article I read on Mobile Home Investing.  Thanks BP my wheels are already spinning!
