Hello BP members! Nashville native here and I'm excited (and a little overwhelmed) by all the great info I've pickup up here already. We are looking to flip some properties and hold some as rentals for long term income going forward. I have some construction background as well as management, I'm familiar with most trades, but I understand I'm not getting any younger, and I would rather manage than do the rehab work myself but I could do it if I had to. We hope to start in the 45-65k investment range, or partner with another more experienced investor to move further up the food chain. I would love to say goodbye to the old JOB someday, and run real estate investing as a family business to include my wife and two sons.
