Greetings!

I'm looking to get back into property acquisition.  I've been helping my daughter to find a house and am absolutely amazed at the number of great houses out there in some amazing neighborhoods!  Homeowners may not see it that way because they require repairs.

I retired from my employer in January.  Now my husband and I currently manage properties that we own full time.

We stopped investing in real estate when the banks changed their underwriting rules, many limiting individuals to no more than 4 mortgages.

I'm ready to "get back into the game" and discovered this site while searching for private mortgage lenders.

I really like the biggerpockets.com principle in regards to giving.  I too believe that it is important to give.  To give, not to get, yet to give because it feels good to give.  This is exactly where I need to be.  Let the deals begin!

Thanks
