My name is Abe and I'm completely new to real estate investing. I Work Full-Time at a Hospital. I'm a single father of a 4 year old and had to move back in with my father after me and my ex split. My daughter lives with her mother so it leave me with extra time to learn. As you can see my situation and why I want to get into real estate investing.  My goals are to get my own place , ( possibly a duplex or small multi family to rent out the other side) leave my Job to then take up real estate investing as a full time business. Im learning as much as I can since I love to read anyway so I can take that first step.
