My name is Travis Green,

I am very new to REI, I have very little experience but I have been educating myself the best way i have possible. I have been reading a lot of books researching my local area and going to seminars etc. But i really don't know how to start I am interested in wholesaling to start out but I am really stuck with the question of how to get or write up the proper paperwork to do deals. I don't want to put myself in a bad position. How do I go about getting the proper paperwork for doing wholesale deals? I am very glad I found this website and I loved the free Book Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing.
