Newbie from Minneapolis MN

Hello BP members,

My name is Joshua. I work in the construction trades, and would like to someday to transition to full time real-estate investor. My plan is to buy and hold properties with the goal of getting them paid off and live off the cash-flow. Currently I own (with the bank) my primary home and a 40 acre lot (bare land) in Lake of the woods county. My wife and I plan on purchasing our first property in the next year or a little more. 

Im really excited to meet and learn from successful investors from the BP community and my local community.
