Wow! I'm here and I'm still finding it hard to believe that a site like this exists!! I'm Brandon, I've been interested in real estate for a while, but didn't have the money, the know how, or the guts (if I'm being completely honest) to jump in. BP is actually a big part of the reason I've decided to take this crazy leap. I don't have any experience yet, so I feel very fortunate to be working with 2 experienced investors on putting together my first deal.
