 Hi everybody. My name is Kyle and I'm pretty fresh to real estate investing. I've been very interested in it since I was 17, but just got my start recently. I purchased a side by side duplex last year and a single family home that I just couldn't pass up this year. I work in construction so I'm pretty handy and I do most of my work myself.

My real estate goal is to hold enough multi-unit rentals to support a small flipping business. If all goes well I'm sure this goal will end up growing as I'm not the type of person to settle or shy away from a deal.

I am on here in an attempt to network and learn all that I can. I'm off to a great start and I want to keep learning and growing. I love helping others as long as the favor is returned and I'm a big fan of trading work for work.
