Found this form couple of weeks ago, amazing resource.  Looking to learn allot and hopefully can give back also.  

Long term buy and hold are my goals, 

Currently in Stock market want to diversify my portfolio.

Not currently interested in out of state nor to far from los angeles unless its out of this world deal.  

One of the reason that i stumbled on this forum, i can probably pull out 200k cash out of my primary residence to buy something.   Question is what should i buy for long term and and should i put down for one or two properties.  I know 200k is not enough for LA but i am willing to go 3hrs radius if needed.  

I am more interested in multi-units then SFR,

Looking forward to all the input and making new connections.
