Greetings Everyone,

So I just finished reading an interesting book that you may have heard of "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and have to say I'm hooked and excited to get started investing in real estate.

I just picked up the BP books for flipping and ARV so I figured it is time to start networking and building a team of likeminded professionals. My wife is a business major and we both have carpentry experience from serving in the United States Army which I think will come in handy. I'm an IT pro looking to moonlight as a REI and use this to plan out the adventure to financial freedom.

Take it easy,

Joe
