Greetings from the Motor City!
Good Sunday afternoon everyone! (Eastern time, here. ^_^)
My name is Nicholas. I am 28, and I am a real estate investor from the Detroit area, and along with my Father, and his life partner, we started a real estate investing LLC. They have been flipping houses together for about 7 years now, and got me into it last November. We have a few deals already under our belt, and we want to ramp up our operations.
We would like to try to do 10 properties by the end of 2014, and do at least 20 next year. Primarily, we have looked to flip houses, and we are now learning to wholesale properties, and find rental properties to buy and sell.
