Hello everyone,

I've been interested in real estate investing for sometime, but haven't known where to start. I've decided to take the plunge, create an account and hopefully learn as much as I can. Given valuations in my area, I think I might have to start looking into investing remotely, which has been extra intimidating. I hope to learn a lot!
