Good afternoon BP,

I've been tip-toeing around the forum and finally took the plunge. I plan on doing a lot of reading in the coming days...or weeks based on the amount of information and wisdom that is shared here.

I'm a former real estate agent that is looking to get back in the industry, both as an agent and as an investor. I haven't decided exactly how I will be going forward, but I do have several ideas in mind and on paper...now to just put it all (or some of it) into action!

Thank you all for providing such a great resource, and I hope I can be of some value to other members in the near future.
