Hi everyone, 

My name is Patrick Frey me and my wife Tiffani joined BP a few months ago. We are currently looking for our second house to flip in the Mchenry county area. Our first house was our primary residence, not sure if that counts though:) But we did increase its value quit a bit before selling it in just a couple months time. So now we have the confidence to finally move forward and start our dream of flipping and buying and holding.
