Good evening, 

Just introducing myself for when I post and assist later in the forum. I grew up with my dad having rentals and investments in property back in Wisconsin and then moved down here to Miami for UM. I currently work in Hospitality and have knowledge in renovations and budgeting which helps in the real estate market vastly.

Hopefully I will be able to meet some investors who will share my vision on some properties and in-turn, pull profits.
