Hello All!

I've been visiting the BP website for a while and finally decided to create my profile. I am currently living in San Francisco, but will be moving to my home state of Minnesota in a couple of months for many reasons but the main one being the cost of living.

I plan to get into real estate in some way shortly after my move. My plan is to study for my RE license before the move and take the test once I arrive to help me access properties quicker.

My original plan was to get into buy and hold which I still plan to do, but I'm hoping that I could go into RE full time right away which will take a few years with buy and hold. I'm just starting to learn more about flipping, wholesaling and tax delinquent properties which might help make my full time RE investing dreams come true.

All of the info on BP has been great and I look forward to networking with locals and learning from seasoned investors!
