New to real estate and looking to learn!

Hey everyone. I'm new to real estate and to the site. I've been reading books, listening to the bigger pockets podcasts these past couple months. Trying to learn as much as I can before I jump in. I'm waiting for my exit plan with my investment portfolio to unfold then switch to real estate probably in the next year or so. Looking to build equity and reinvest profits into more real estate as I work full time (and live off that income). I'm in the central coast area and trying to learn more about duplex/triplex investments in the Paso, SLO, 5 cities and Santa Maria area.  Look forward to meeting new people and picking your brains!
