Hello BP Community!! Newbie from Minnesota!
Hello BP Community!!
I am just beginning my journey in the real estate world! I have been doing a lot of studying and am confident I am ready to dive in! My first question here is about my situation I have 5-6 different people on board with some capital they are willing to invest in real estate. My goal is to build a property management company for my investments and also other peoples investments. The question is do I go ahead and start the company now or after I find some deals? Should I take all the capital and put it towards a larger property or do the safe route and buy a few duplex's first? I am confident with the team around me that I could handle a larger property as my first! Any Advice will help! Thanks in advance!
