Hello all!

To say it's been a while since I've posted anything online would be a vast understatement!  Glad to be back though.  Will participate as much as time permits.

Back in the game after a fairly lengthy hiatus.

Joined BiggerPockets to meet and network with other positive like-minded individuals.  My specialty is finding deals.  Lot of experience as a wholesaler and rehabber.

Though I'm very active on the residential side, I'm turning my focus these days toward the commercial side of the real estate world, and I like to learn whenever I can.
