I've been a real estate investor since 2004 (I worked for a hard money lender for 12 years before that).

I'm currently working to fill out the funding for a REO project. My partner is a builder with 40+ years in the trade. My banking contacts can get me the REOs but most of the money sources that I know have either closed their doors or are turtling.
