Hi, My Name is Kim Gloor and I am brand spanking new. I have wanted to invest in real estate for a long time and Now I am going to make that happen. I have spent the past two months researching as much information as possible. I just watched my first PodCast last night and enjoyed it. I of course found Bigger Pockets while researching info on line. It is a great feeling knowing there are folks willing to share experiences and teach rookies like myself.  I am eager to learn and I am more eager to get this going....
