Strong SFH rental market in the NW Chicago suburbs?

Hello, can someone tell me if there is a particular NW Chicago suburb with a strong rental market for SFH's? I looked on Craigslist for 3BR 2BA SFH rentals in Mundelein but didn't see much. So I decided I'd post here since everyone seems so knowledgeable and helpful! I don't own any property yet and was researching properties but I don't want to buy a buy-and-hold property if the rental market isn't good. Thanks!
