Hi, I bought a foreclosed home as my primary residence a couple of years back and got such a great deal that I thought that I could purchase foreclosed homes as a way to earn additional income. I'm currently in research stage, but ultimately would like to purchase and rent.

@Bruce Horne Hey that's great! I'm close by in Raleigh myself. I'm interested to hear more about your experience. I've got one more year of college left, meaning one year to absorb everything I can about RE. PM me if you're interested in sharing. I hope you do well and signing up for this site seems to be a good first move.
