New to investing in Arkansas

My name is Garry, and I live in Bismarck, Arkansas. I am finally getting around to learning about investing in real estate and hopefully starting my own business. I want to eventually have some rental properties nearby where I live. My wife and I have one propterty now and have learned a great deal about renting and renters in general.
